Our Mission
HERO was founded in 1990, and has emerged as a leading force in the field of engineering consulting, Our journey began with two engineers and continues now with more than 70 engineers.
HREO Consultant Engineers has evolved as a leading company providing engineering consultancy services for Civil projects & all related disciplines such as urban planning, building architecture, structural design, Steel Structures, electrical substations, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, utility lines, supervision & project management.
In 2008 HREO established a department specialized in the design of Electrical substations (Civil, Electro-mechanical, Primary & Secondary Electrical Engineering).
In 2011 HREO established its first branch in KSA in partnership with Saudi company, The new branch was named Holy Rock & Green Flag (HRGF). HRGF got the approval of a Saudi electricity company (SEC) & registered to perform engineering & design for different types of electrical substations ( high voltage & extra high voltage). This branch ended in December 2021.
In 2023 HREO established a new section specialized in electrical and HVAC designs such as (Primary, secondary, low voltage, HVAC) for substations and high voltage and extra high voltage for OHTL, UGCS.
